2021-09-29 17:47 UTC visited site due to lack of signal on loop 2. Was able to trace problem back to coming from within dome assembly, with resistance measuring only ~212 Ohms. Removed antenna # 2013201 and lower inner mast assembly to bring back to Rutgers, and left mast lowered and tx & rx chassis switched OFF for now. Handel 2021-10-01 18:12 UTC visited site and installed 13MHz TR ant # 2011100.
